We're coming up on the final bend in my, "50 paintings in 50 days" for The Legal Creative's Community supported Arts project. The final 5 paintings will be devoted to, "Y-town Allstars". #45 almost qualifies as well. It's an abbreviated version of a painting that I did last Spring in honor of The Oakland Center for The Arts production of the musical, "Hair".
Last Spring's painting was done in the spirit of early 1970's black-light posters. It featured glow in the dark metallic stars, and glows in black light. Below are the new painting as well as the original.
