My Canfield Fair Entry

The_will_of_the_people

Many of you may have taken a gander at my painting, "The Will of The People" when I debuted it on Facebook at the beginning of the year, or saw it in person when it made it's public debut at The Lemon Grove not long after. It's making a broader return to the public eye on Wednesday at The Canfield Fair, and I'd greatly appreciate it if you could stop by and see it.
Most of my paintings are done without much thought as where they might end up in life, or who might see them. "The Will of The People" is a little different. It was done with great hope of a long-life in the public eye. It's the one painting I've done that I would like to be viewed by as many people as possible, by every American. I'm not looking for everyone to love it, but simply to take it in, and consider the possibilities.
If you see it and it leaves you with an impression, please tell a friend.

Do one with Obama as dictator. Let's see you push the envelop.

Painting unflattering things about christians and conservatives is not pushing the envelop. They are inherently the "nice" people.

Try muslims and liberals and see if you strike a nerve. You'll get much more press because you actually will be being different for once.

You seem to have an interesting perspective on my painting, however I can say with certainty, that it doesn't despair christians and conservatives in any way. I find your comment a very odd thing to say.

....oh by the way, you are one of only two real-life people depicted in this painting!
